Dominy

Our Founder & Responsible Individual

​

Dominy is a co-founder of Transform Children's Homes. For fifteen years, she has dedicated her life to supporting children, young people and their families through a range of charities and community organisations. Dominy is a Winston Churchill Memorial Fellow and thrives when she is doing what she loves. Alongside her role she runs a successful women's fitness and wellbeing programme. Dominy specialises in helping girls and women to overcome childhood trauma and heal from unhealthy behaviours. Dominy is a survivor of childhood abuse and has lived experience of the care system.

Hannah

Our Care Experienced Consultant

 

Hannah has played an instrumental part in helping design everything to do with the opening of the children's home with her wealth of experience and can-do attitude. Hannah is also a consultant for Frontline Charity where she supports the development of training resources for social workers.

Charlotte

Our Deputy Manager

​

Charlotte has a wealth of experience working with high risk young people in solo and group placements, as well as working with families in the community with a number of different needs. For five years Charlotte has worked with young people of all ages facing a number of challenges in residential homes. Starting as a support worker, senior then deputy, Charlotte has worked up the ranks to become a qualified homes manager.
Advocating to ensure the best possible outcomes and seeing positive changes for young people facing adversity makes every tough moment worth it for Charlotte.

Hollie 

​Our Home Manager


Our accomplished  home manager, Hollie has worked in a number of childcare roles from nurseries, to teaching English at a German Kindergarten, helping unaccompanied asylum seekers, mentoring, working in residential homes, assisting children and family victims of the Grenfell Tower, children with parents in prison, victims of sexual exploitation and most recently the Youth Justice Service. Having worked across the childcare spectrum, Hollie has in-depth knowledge and skills to be able to effectively work with children in different settings and with a variety of needs.
Hollie prides herself in learning and thriving from the young people she works with and she believes that it isn't just a matter of connecting with them, it’s also about ensuring that they are safe. As a parent, Hollie believes her job is to prepare her children for the world, and that is also how she strongly feels about the children that she works with.

Lian

Communications & PR Manager 

​

Our passionate PR and Marketing professional, Lian has excellent media relations and knowledge due to over 15 years of experience. Lian has headed up the PR for international brands, such as Bosch, Siemens, iCandy, Marc Jacobs and Tom Ford. During this time, she gained invaluable experience in how to deliver powerful PR campaigns that generate brand defining stories that authentically connected people to brands.
As a big advocate of social responsibility, Lian has shifted her focus and now specifically works with charity organisations and conscious minded brands. Managing a PR and Marketing consultancy that helps brands thrive and make a positive change.

Lian is a Trustee at the Streetlight Trust where she works closely with a street children’s charity in Manila, Philippines called Kanlungan. Lian often visits to teach and mentor at an orphanage of 18 girls, aged 6-19 years old.
